I hate using this app. It takes forever to load. The automatic start should be on the key not the app. Grrrrr hate this app

App rarely works. Been trying to use the remote start on it and I keep receiving error please try again. Even after resetting my car, deleting the app and putting back on my phone, the app still won’t start the car. Complete waste of a feature and will not renew after free trial is up

We have two Hyundai’s. Both of our apps don’t work 90% of the time to start the vehicles and everything is on a huge delay. For the last 6 months I haven’t been able to even sign into the app to use it and it won’t let me reset the password. Beyond frustrating. They need to fix this app or my husband and I will not lease again.

Just an awful app! Rarely works! Requests cannot be processed, constantly errors out! Too bad such a great automotive company is satisfied with such a terrible app for its customers!

This app doesn’t have any function for my Limited Trim 2020 Palisade. I don’t know what app Hyundai will I use? It should be updated

I just got a new 2019 Hyundai Kona EV Ultimate and so far this app does everything it’s supposed to, although slowly, except for setting the charge time. As complained about in another review, no matter how many times I set the off-peak starting charge time 10 PM, it changes it to 10 AM. Luckily I am able to set the charge time using the menus on the screen display in my car where it does work correctly.

I used this app around two weeks in February Before it started messing up in March. That was the last time I’ve been able to use it. So much for buying a new car with an option just to not be able to use it.

I almost didn’t bother installing the app due to all of the terrible reviews, but gave it a shot since the service is free for 3 years. I’ve been using it daily for the last two months and haven’t had a single problem. It works from the 6th floor of an office building with my car parked two blocks away with no issues.

I use the app to schedule service appointments at my local Hyundai dealer. It is getting increasingly difficult to find available appointments, without having to choose waiting, have car or need car. Then, app changes. I’m at the dealer and need an appointment to bring my Santa Fe in for an issue they cannot address on Saturdays. I open the app to check available appointment times and see Monday 8:00am is available. While discussing this, they said first available was 10:30am Tuesday. I pulled up the app and showed it to them and they showed me their screen. Total mismatch. The app wasn’t just inaccurate, it was totally incorrect in every way imaginable. You cannot hope to rely on this app to schedule maintenance appointments with this app. It is useless to me now.

Incredibly slow and barely works. General Motors and Ford’s apps are 1000x better. Get with the program Hyundai
