First attempt to start by app failed today, so it was cold when I got in.

This car is loaded with great features but when it comes to checking the oil they left that part out. With all the tech this car has you think it should be able to tell you the life or stage of your oil but nope. They make you check it the old school way with a stick or by going off the miles they tell you at your last oil change.

As a customer that pays hundreds of annual enrollment the remote start needs to work consistently or customers should see a price reduction.

I’m getting a “Device ID is invalid” error now after updating to v4.2.10.

Even when I lock the car, the app says that it is unlocked....I was hoping that the update would fix this issue but instead it does not work at all to remote start my car Device ID invalid C401_9 is the message

After updating I receive a “Device ID is Invalid [C401_9]” error when trying to remote start. Latest updates breaks the app.

Works about 70% of time

Would prefer remote start on fob. Paying 300.00 a year for access is a rip off when it doesn’t always work. Just had to go through deleting app and reloading. Have turned off email several times and they still keep coming. Hyundai makes a great car. Too bad they can’t make an app to match.
