I rarely can remote start because most of the time I try, the system is not working. Useless app most of the time.

Upgrades have made it function a lot better. Reliably starts car now. Would be great to have a longer timer than 10 minutes on remote start and to be able to start the car at a preselected time. Having a shortcut for one tap starting would be good.

App is great... when it works. More than half the time my requests fail. Haven’t had a request successfully go through in 3 days

When I first got my Hyundai in April 2019, the app worked great. Through use, I noticed that the app always showed my car being “unlocked” even though it was always locked. This made me have to go through many steps just to get the car to auto start. I took it to the dealership and they have no control over this faulty app. Now, the heated seat function will not come on when I auto start my car from the app. It’s one thing after the other. These bugs need to be fixed.

The idea of an app starting the car is cool and all but the process is incredibly slow. I’d rather have a key fob to when I hit a button and the car starts then go through all the hassle of making sure everything is just right before I can even start it.
