No key fob option

Just purchased a new Acadia. Downloaded the MyGMC app as I was told by the salesman that the jet fib option was convenient. However, there is no key fob option on the menu. Is it still available or what?

For the past month, The remote start works about 60 percent of the time and vehicle status has been incorrect completely. Today I get an upgrade notice in the vehicle status area. Even though I subscribed to the onstar service months ago, the free service expired today and it won’t show my status until it bills me tomorrow for ongoing service. What kind of business practice is that? The service agent did say she would put in a work order that would take 5 business days. Not sure if paying a monthly fee is worth getting wrong info and a 60% chance that my car will start remotely.
Need multiple vehicle support

Watch app needs the ability to switch between vehicles. I own two GMC’s and have to choose which single vehicle to associate with my Apple Watch because the watch app won’t recognize more than one. A force touch gesture to choose which vehicle would be nice! Thanks!
DEF monitor

I was excited to see the DEF on the app however it just shows ok even with the app. I was hoping it would show the level not like the truck shows just ok.

When will FaceID be available? It’s been 4+ months since the iPhone X was released, when can we expect to see Face ID in this app?
Key Fob Features don't work

It never starts my vehicle. I get a prompt saying use remote start when safe and legal. I tap continue and it closes, nothing else happens. Makes this app pointless. I use the OnStar RemoteLink app and it works just fine. Same prompt but takes me to a screen to input my PIN and within seconds the engine starts.

I used to have the ability to send my navigation instructions to my Acadia in the app and now I have to have an OnStar subscription for that? I’m not asking OnStar to give me the directions, I’m looking them up myself and sending them to the vehicle. And on the topic of OnStar, I also can’t see my vehicle diagnostics in the app without a OnStar package, yet my GM dealer sends me the diagnostics every month to my email? Also, how has this app not been updated to fit on the iPhone X? I really wish these issues could be resolved. Otherwise, it’s a decent app.
Good app, a little more will make it great

I really like this app. I use it for the lock/unlock of my doors, remote start, navigation to vehicle and vehicle status. Even the vehicle location is great. I was happy that the DEF level was added since I have a Sierra 2500HD with the Duramax. My only complaints is the refresh takes a long time. And since adding the DEF, how about adding fuel filter life as well. Also add the trip B. Address the couple issues and this app gets 5 stars. But overall... I can't complain and I do use it quite often for it's convenience.
key fob feature needs improvements

I like the concept of having a key fob app on my phone instead of carrying the huge key fob that came with the truck. However for a true replacement, the app key fob needs to have fewer clicks for remote start or door unlock. Another suggestion is to create a separate app dedicated only to key fob features that works with onstar. The unlock process is a little slow but this may be due to the limitations of the data network and not the app itself.
