Why

Breezy 1000

My app worked good for the first two months I did an update now it’s not working at all.

Now garbage, got rid of key fob...

Got rid of the send to navigation and now the key fob thru the app unless you pay them monthly fee, which used to be free. Hello, I spent over 40 grand on the vehicle. Other manufacturers don’t charge for these things.

Does what I need it to

Overall it's a solid app. It does the basic stuff well. I primarily use it for remote start which is great since its essentially unlimited range. I've also been able to unlock my wife's truck for her when she accidentally locked her keys in it. It works well the majority of the time, but can sometimes have an issue with a signal getting through if you're in a parking garage - which I assume is a function of the service provider not the app itself. Overall its a very convenient tool to have. One thing to watch for -- if you have two GMC vehicles on the app, double check to make sure you have the correct vehicle selected. I have started our other vehicle by mistake when it's sitting in the garage. To the developer: it would be nice if the banner image reflected the vehicle currently selected, instead of a generic GMC line up. That would provide an easy identifier for those of us with multiple GMC vehicles to quickly confirm which vehicle is selected. Even allowing the user to upload an image would be a useful option.

? Why is this feature no longer working on the app?

Works BUT Not Free!

Great app. Always used it with my previous GMC and Chevy. As of May 1, 2018, GM decided they would charge for the service. I didn’t use any of the other baloney other than the remote key FOB. Now it’s a $16/mo charge! BS, guess GM does not value my monthly lease payment as much as I thought!

I locked my keys in my car. I used the app to unlock my car. Boom. 5/5

Significant improvement - enhancement request

Nick84294&

This app has come a long way and I appreciate the continued development. The app is stable and works consistently. My only complaint is it is really inefficient to switch between vehicles. The screen where I can switch to another vehicle has had several options added. While I like the additional features and capabilities, my list of cars now spans multiple pages. Please investigate an alternate design where I can see and switch vehicles all on one screen, or at least give me the ability to reorder them on the page. I still have significant performance difference between the vehicles. My "early" 2015 Denali takes painfully long to receive and execute a remote command. The 2016/2017 Denali's both perform adequate as does the 2017 Corvette. My suspicion is this is tied to the hardware in the vehicle, but if there is something that can be done to accelerate performance on the *old* truck, I would definitely appreciate the enhancement.

Remote control key fob disappeared

The app worked really well until the remote control key fob option disappeared. Tried deleting the app and reinstalling but option is still not there. This has happened a few times prior but usually comes right back. Other than that the app works well
