For the last few weeks, I’ve been getting logged out despite turning on the “keep me logged in” option. It’s very frustrating because I’m usually in a hurry to use the key fob. Please help????

Works great on my 2017 sierra haven’t had an issue yet I use it all the time especially the remote start feature a much appreciated feature especially in this 100 degree Texas weather

Getting peeved here! This app used to be good. All I use it for is the remote features! It is becoming worthless for that! How do you break such a basic function? I send a command and it says it went through and receive a confirmation that it went through. Then go out to my truck and it didn’t!!! Don’t even get me started on what used to be a good watch app, that is even more worthless. I wish GM would start using their products. Actually test them, they should be getting better not worse!!

I have been using the My Chevrolet app ever since it came out. It will not stay logged in, says session has timed out and gives a 401_1 error. Once I get logged in the app will work for a brief period of time and then logs out of the system I finally downloaded the My GMC app and it stays logged in. They appear to be the same version except for the logo screen. What gives? With the My Chevy app I totally removed it from the phone and then reloaded it several times at the direction of an OnStar rep. Rebooted the phone between installs and it still does not work. Have received three calls from OnStar team in Austin and went through the same procedures again several times all to no resolution. Have been told that they would get back to me with a resolution but so far have not received one. I installed the regular branded OnStar app and it seems to stay logged in but there is no Touch ID function in that app? Am now still using the My GMC app and it so far has stayed logged in but I see others using this app are having the same issues as I was on the Chevy app. Something is wrong with this latest version of all of these apps and needs to be resolved. The one time I really needed this app it failed. Ever since then I’ve sporadically tried it and it never once worked. Terrible app!

They removed my unlock features.

I was able to lock and unlock my car for free for years now. New phone, new app and you removed my ability to perform this action. Shameful!!! I will not be stiff armed into purchasing this product because aside from the lock/unlock feature, your app sucked and was almost always inaccurate.

Can it work for more than a few weeks?

Update 2 - Look at that. It is working correctly again. And I don’t have an On Star account. Before the Developer’s review was edited - it said once again I needed to upgrade my account. How many people pay for an account they don’t need? Update 1 - I will send you another email. But that isn’t the case. And I will have the email from the last time this happened. There is something wrong with your app and how your data is updated. **** This app drives me crazy. It will work for a few weeks and then all of a sudden I lose the ability to send directions to my on-board unit. Sometimes it takes hours - sometimes it takes days for it to come back. This shouldn’t be this hard.

I would expect one of the biggest companies in America to care a little about the app they provide customers who spend tens of thousands on their cars. It’s not native. It’s slow. If you use a password manager, have fun with the login screen resetting all the values when you swap to get your password. They don't care if you have an iPhone X. Also, the top 1/3 of the screen is wasted on a picture of their car lineup, like I’m going to forget that I’m in their app. Sad state.
