No FaceID?

FlyICT

Please add FaceID for the iPhone X ASAP! Overall I really like the app. UPDATE! FaceID is now working on the app. Thank you!

Unbelievable

RSL DSN

Absolutely unbelievable that after 2 years of using the myGMC app they would remove the ability to send an address to your vehicle. They stated on the phone this will now cost $34.99 per month. How absurd is that. Another very disappointing GMC/OnStar money making gimmick

Don’t update

BA master reviewer

Don’t update. You will loose the ability to send an address from the app to your in dash navigation. When I contacted support they told me that I was not supposed to have this feature without paying for a new plan. Below is a copy paste from the website for the plan that I have showing it should be available. Services Included The OnStar Basic Plan includes the following services (services may vary based on vehicle make, model and equipment): Select features of your vehicle's mobile app: Remotely start your vehicle (if factory installed), send a destination to your in-vehicle navigation screen,

Nav taken away

Tagman25

Leave it to GMC to take away something that is the easiest things to do. Send map to vehicle is now an up charge? Really. This is terrible customer service. Thanks but no thanks. Looking for another vehicle. Cheapskates.

Send to In Dash Navigation doesn’t work

kcwallace

If you send an address to my In Dash navigation using this app, the street and city are sent omitting the street number.

Do not download!

gdmatson

Soon as I downloaded it, my onstar app no longer works and the new app with not allow any vehicle functions without a onstar subscription. No more lock, unlock or start. Very disappointing. I do not want or need Onstar.

Feature removal unwelcome

Eh See 123

I didn’t complain about the significant up charge for equipping my vehicle with navigation, and I didn’t complain about the annual cost of updating maps, but I am going to complain about the removal of the ability to send address from my phone to the navigation system. This is just a cynical attempt to get people to also opt for an expensive subscription, just to get what they used to get without a monthly fee. If this is the case, my next GMC probably won’t have navigation because removing important features makes simply using Apple CarPlay a better option. Then again, maybe I should consider something with a brand of “King Ranch” instead of “Denali”.

Removal of features - no warning

allano97

This app used to be very useful - now, with the removal of the send to vehicle feature, it is all but useless. The owner of this app is GMC, not OnStar, so forcing users to buy an upgraded navigation plan from OnStar is VERY disingenuous when user have been using this feature AS STANDARD for a very long time. I love my GMC, but this leaves a VERY bad taste as it seems its more important to swell OnStar’s profits that keep your customers happy. Good luck with repeat sales - you’re gonna need it

Hands free calling

Bill the gambler

You guys tout the hands free calling as the second coming of Christ. Why does it not understand my accent. I do live in Louisiana, but have been told that I do not have a Cajun accent, and still, your Computer does not understand me. It is Feature that does not understand me. I was told to use it more, and it would get easier. That sir, is a Dam Lie. I got my truck in 2015 and still cannot use the feature the computer keeps saying “pardon”. I have gotten so upset that I now only call for a GM Rep. So that I can give them the frustration that I feel. I am now looking at the New Fords, and will be happy to drop GMC junk. I am sending this on my phone, look the number.

Slow

Mankerz

The fob option is cool and all but it literally takes what feels like 3 years for it to start your car.
