Where is the X facial recognition support?

I have had my new iPhone X since launch day. You know of the facial recognition feature. So, why don’t you support it yet? You just released an update last week that didn’t. Come on guys. Let’s get with it here! Hey Apple! Why aren’t you forcing app developers to support your flagship model phone? Pretty lame.

It was a good app but like everyone else they want to nickel and dime you by taking away features after each update.first it was car diagnostics and now they took away key fob unless you pay of course...now i have app that can show where my car is parked..lol Ill be deleting this app.whats the point unless you pay!!! Good customer service gmc...

When the app will be up and working correctly?.. I’ve been calling GMC for several month and they don’t have any consistent explanation why the app is not working...
"Send to In-dash Navigation" feature

The previous update removed the option to send an address to your navigation system from your phone. Then you would have to pull over your car where it might not be safe and manually type the address into the navigator. UPDATE: Looks like they've restored this feature in the latest version of the app. Thank you GMC!
Navigation to In-Dash

This app only seems to work sometimes and if you don't update it. My app worked fine until the latest upgrade and now I can't send Navigation to the In-Dash unit. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. UPDATE - After multiple emails and phone calls all of a sudden (like others) I have the ability to send directions to my In-Dash unit again. I see there is another update but I am hesitant to download it in case I lose access again.

Ever since the update I no longer have remote start or any of the Key Fob options anymore. This is a huge disappointment and once my lease goes back I will be reluctant to get another GMC.

I purchased this app and cant even log on. It keeps saying unable to retrieve account details! Very disappointed with this app.
No LTE Support for Apple Watch 3

Why still no update for the app to work on cellular on the Apple Watch 3 lte? C’mon guys and gals. I have a YouTube channel 112.2k subs that covers all things GMC. I’m waiting for an update for LTE independence. Please update for this feature. Please respond so I need to know if I need to write to GM and Onstar corporate. Thank you.
App Failing and poor error message

The app is failed to log in stating “unable to detect internet connection”. I have cell service and WiFi and other apps are functioning. My wife is getting same response while using her phone at a different location. Please fix your app and improve your error messages.
