Lately this app will unlock the doors but won’t actually lock them. Is this a known issue?

Whatever happened in the app to make it time out needs to get fixed. It now times out and won’t start.
Super Ugly App, Is it Worth the Download?

The iPhone X has been out for a while already, yet this app has yet to find support for the screen. Even shrunken the picture does not look high-res. It’s a serious eyesore to use. The face for the app is not doing any favors either. Perhaps remove the thick red banner on top. What is actually unforgivable is the fact that the tutorial videos aren’t streaming properly. I’ve got a 330mbps connection and my Netflix and YouTube streams in 4K all the time without missing a beat but it’s obvious your content delivery partner is not routing traffic efficiently. This app makes my 2018 Acadia purchase feel like a rip off. Please at least give this app a generic feel. This just looks and behaves ancient.
No LTE Support for Apple Watch 3

Why still no update for the app to work on cellular on the Apple Watch 3 lte? C’mon guys and gals. I have a YouTube channel 112.2k subs that covers all things GMC. I’m waiting for an update for LTE independence. Please update for this feature. Please respond so I need to know if I need to write to GM and Onstar corporate. Thank you. UPDATE***** what’s going on with making this a stand alone app? Why can’t you people provide an answer?????????????

***UPDATED (see my original review below)*** After my original review, several emails, etc., the app finally began working correctly. No official determination on the actual problem, but I’m happy that it actually works. It IS a GREAT app and I’m happy to be able to leave a positive review. Both OnStar and GMC are awesome companies that have excellent customer service. ********ORIGINAL REVIEW******** I LOVED this app, until it updated and took away all the features I use... Those features may still be there, BUT since the app refuses to identify my OnStar account (which I have confirmed is current with OnStar), I can no longer use them. So, I cannot remote lock/unlock or start my car, check diagnostics, send addresses to my navigation, etc. All these functions are the purpose of this app for me, personally. I am very disappointed.

Can you please update this app to work with iPhone X??? Purchased a $70k GMC vehicle and there is NO excuse for this app to not at least have the aspect ratio of this match the iPhone X.

When you hit find vehicle. It just tells you where your location is for your cell phone it doesn’t find your vehicle the app needs a lot of work there is a lot of delays and it does not work right. It needs a massive overhaul. I am using an iPhone so I expected to work right Especially when I’m paying for the service for on star. I can’t even get the code to unlock or lock or start. Or find the vehicle
System errors half of the time

The app is okay, at best. I pay for a service that MIGHT work half of the time. The last time it stopped working for two weeks and was told to take the vehicle to the dealership to get them to update the software or check it. The app updated and all of a sudden it starts working again. So apparently it was on the app side, not the vehicle side. I get a system error more times than not. This app needs lots of work.
