I cannot log in to my account

When I try to log in online it takes me to directv. When I try to use the app it say there is an error and unavailable. SMH


Unhappy customer

911 billing disaster

I have only been with AT&T 3 months My billing is a disaster! The gentleman that signed me up told me my bill would be what I was paying with Verizon. My first bill was 600.00 and has been an absolute mess every month. They are still working on it and it’s still not what I was told. I am wasting countless hours fixing my phone bill and it’s still not what I signed up for !!! They did not tell me my trade ins could take 3 billing cycles to credit my bill. Honestly if I had this to do over I 100% would have stayed with Verizon. I never had a problem with them And when AT&T made it sound to good to be true it was !!! It’s been all false !! I am working with an area manager right now!! Hopefully she will straighten this mess out for me I currently would never recommend AT&T to anyone. No way. Very upset customer!!!!

I have had two chats regarding how AT&T is over billing me and both chat we abruptly cut short by AT&T staff….Also there is always significant wait times to chat with a member of staff. Finally I asked to speak with a supervisor immediately and told nice again the chat was cancelled abruptly on you side….I used to be quite satisfied with the services I received from AT&T but now you have lost a customer! I will never conduct business with AT&T again!

Hate this company. NEVER get through on less than 3 people and at least 2 hang ups, no notes between calls, 6 requests for repairs, don’t have phone numbers for managers, don’t have decent equipment to use when working from home- takes forever to get rid of them, highly overpriced. The employees are kind, the corporation should be dismantled. The app and trying to connect accounts is garbage. Would love to give them a negative rating and charge them for my time.


Need replacement TV remote

I’ve spent too much time trying to order a replacement Direct TV remote without any success. My AT&T app gives directions for ordering the remote either at AT&T.com or DirecTV.com. I have tried both; after combing through both sites, I have concluded that the directions don’t match my choices.

They do a mess on your account and overcharge you and then they talk to you like if they are going to fix it and guess what??? I’m still waiting for that call and I still have 12 devices under my account and I only have 6 lines… poor customer service, they don’t care about business or customers.

I would like to think my AT&T guy Alex Long he was fabulous knowledgeable about services very professionalWhat his mask for our safety the whole time loved it. He made me feel comfortable with switching my service plan over to AT&T it was a hard decision to meet.
