Not easy to find my benefits and each time I log in I have to send a code to myself when I enter the correct user if and password The only reason I downloaded this app is because your phone wait time is very long. Disappointed with how not user friendly this app is

The app is the worst. The service is the worst. I’m in Sales and if AT&T was my product, I’d find another job. Genuinely a long history of terrible performance and incredibly poor website design. It boggles the mind to think AT&T is allegedly a technology company. I am morbidly fascinated that you somehow manage to stay in business.

So ridiculous the length of hold time just to cancel the service. It’s simply a tactic to get you to give up so they can keep billing you.
