When you log into your account to view your information and then this system tells you that you haven’t linked an account. What did I just sign into, dead space? Why oils your log in and password not actually log you into your account?

Very poor service..Always loosing service while watching tv. Programs freeze or we loose show. Lots of trouble logging back it. As soon as my contract ends I am getting rid of your company. I can’t even sign in. I have never had any problems with any other company but yours

Not easy to navigate app. When I took myself off my daughter’s account and started my own, the young man took me through the procedures too quickly and didn’t write any info down. So when I used the iPhone app to open an account, I had to go through several steps retrieving my user name, password etc. Back and forth several times to get my account set up with paperless, auto pay and such. I’m retired and have few demands on my time but, I would choose to not spend it, frustrated by a website.

Canyon lake area cannot talk to each other without cut outs. Cell service is terrible and has been reported .
Keeps asking me to log in and does not update in a timely matter

This app does not update when payments have been made in a timely matter. Sometimes it takes two weeks. And now it repeatedly is asking me to log in preventing me from using the app. I’ve tried closing it out and reopening it. I’ve also tried turning my phone off and on.

Internet has been off since 11:00 am on Saturday. I try to look at status and it doesn’t show anything.
Att is not responsive to its customers.

I’ve tried numerous times to talk to att about my internet not working can’t get a real person I’m irritated and think I will only pay for internet service fit the days I actually have internet service while I look forward a better vendor
Repetitive sign in

Having the same problem as it looks like many other people are having. No matter what I do it continually takes me to the sign in page.

The app keeps making me sign back in. It’s annoying and defeats having facial recognition.
Keeps booting me off app

Everytime I open the app to monitor my data usage it will open for 4 seconds then kick me to another screen to promp me to sign back in.
