You are threatening to suspend my service when I am still in stay at home restrictions. How dare you. I have no way of paying my bills right now. I will be contacting a lawyer and my state representative.

Do not "upgrade" to fiber optic. No change in quality- in fact so far worse. Installation a nightmare. Wire itself is flimsy and easily cut. ATT subcontracts burying wire so accountability lost. My wire laid uncovered for nearly a month(and of course failed). Once 'buried' it quickly was visible and failed again. Getting service unreliable even once you get to a human. Promised service windows missed.
