Trying to decipher my cell phone account and pay from the recently cancelled tv service is impossible. This confusion is moving me to look at Verizon or Sprint now for my cellular service after being over charged the last four month for cancelled tv service, only to discover att tv had been billing my American Express account almost double after cancelled. Jerks

You are the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give you zero stars I would. As soon as my 30 month contract is up, I will be switching back to TMobile. TMobile is one of the most transparent phone companies I have ever dealt with. Your representatives all give out different information regarding the same questions. Clearly their sole purpose is to tell you whatever bogus deal will get you to sign up. I think it’s highly suspicious that no one can tell you what your bill is going to be before it gets to you. Probably because if they told you that it was going to be $840.00 you would say “never mind”. Working on commission I assume. You are either highly incompetent as a company, or criminal, possibly both.

This app is horrible. It’s confusing. Transactions that I thought were executed weren’t. I tried to pay a bill - unsuccessful. I tried setting up autopay - unsuccessful. I called their customer service number and was on hold for 48 minutes. The rep told me everything was worked out, but it wasn’t. This is typical of large corporations. They make a ton of money, but invest the minimum in customer service.

Cannot get this app to let me sign in even though we set user name and pw at ATT store AND I followed the instructions to create my own private sign in info, the app keeps cycling back to same ‘not right information’ message. Sprint, here I come! And we’ve been ATT customers for a very long long time. No More! Arrrrggghhhh! This should be easier, you nerdy jackwads. ?

I had to log in and out of my account 6 times to order upgrades. It would not allow multiple upgrades, may be the last time we buy with ATT

Up-to-date on everything and this app still doesn’t load. Sick of useless apps by AT&T. The website is barely functional, so I’m definitely not surprised this app barely functions as well.

I cannot log on, I keep going around in a circle. I put in my password and it takes me to another screen and I have to log in again, and the symbol that shows you the computer is working keeps going round and round, I have to cancel and go back to where I started, put in my password again and it keeps repeating this. It one point it wanted to send a code to my phone, which it did, but I still didn’t get into my account. And the Liberty thing, whatever that is, didn’t even get me to a log in screen, it never opened the app for me to put in my password!

my mom uses this app to turn off my cellular and our wifi. it messes up my phone and school computer so bad that even when both wifi and cellular are turned on, they do not connect. i am very upset with the way this has messed with my phone. i would give this 0/5 starts if i could. also i hope my mom sees this
