I am not able to see the usage of data or anything other than the about that my bill is now. It just keeps stating there has been an error and try back again later. I check it once a day to see if it is showing any thing other the bill amount....and no change. Please fix this.

This is by far the worst app I’ve seen from a Fortune 500 company. Where is my bill for my installment plan? It’s ridiculous that you cannot show me my fill. Inexcusable and atrocious service as usual.

72 yr. old and Am Not Stupid
No booklet of instructions. Don’t know how my phone functions. Confused about my data for Internet...Want unlimited. Paying more than my son with 4 phones and a hotspot and unlimited Internet. What gives?!!!!

How does one find anything in this app? I was trying to activate a phone from an insurance claim- wouldn’t let an authorized user do it- had to be me- couldn’t find info any where Customer support was horrible (once the chat loaded) Been with AT&T for years but I think we will switch
