Worst app ever

The only aspect about AT&T cellular worse than this app is its customer service. For 2 months, I have called to resolve a billing issue. Each month, I’ve been told AT&T would issue a full credit for the disputed amount. And yet each month, I’m bill reflects something other than the promised adjustment. And I’ve been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. Pathetic.

I have spent 2 hours trying to link my 2 accounts with no luck so then I tried calling - after 45 minutes on hold I hung up. Enormously frustrating. Poor customer service

That App is slow and counter intuitive,. It’s an app for my cellphone service, all I want or need to see is my account information.. simple and to the point... waking 3-5 min for a screen to load if it loads at all, is pathetic for a company of this size.. that’s on both WiFi and with WiFi turned off using only att internet... never did find the screen that shows my installment plan.. this app is less and less useful, at this point it’s basically wasted space on my phone

So AT&T cannot be friendly, as they want to keep everything separated and the call center in Indian, versus the US, so there is a language barrier, which makes doing business incredibly difficult. AT&T is one of the worst customer service businesses I have dealt with ever, as they frustrate the customer before you can actually talk to someone who knows what they are actually doing. Bye bye!!! I will take all my business elsewhere as things have gotten worse.
