Why do I have to re-register my AT&T phone number in my AT&T account in the AT&T mobile App just so I can view my Bill? Why was my phone not registered to my account already?


They will charge u soo much and take your discounts away...

After you enter your username and password and you advance to the SMS 2FA screen, you can't click the continue button.

AT&T is so slow to load. The service is unreliable and the app takes forever. All the pop ups to update email and rate service are so annoying because it takes forever to do anything using their links.


Poor navigation

This app takes very long to load information. Often has problems retrieving information. The chat agents are not well equipped to help wit any technical issues, seemingly only able to help with billing. Furthermore is nearly impossible to navigate with many links leading to the same dead end.

шляпа, а не приложение, грузит по кд, грузит постоянно куда-то и долго, иногда обновляет тысячу раз страницу.

Internet has been off for four days! Unacceptable and no way to call and talk to representative. Bill should reflect loss of use!
