77 yr old – myAT&T Review

Not easy to navigate app. When I took myself off my daughter’s account and started my own, the young man took me through the procedures too quickly and didn’t write any info down. So when I used the iPhone app to open an account, I had to go through several steps retrieving my user name, password etc. Back and forth several times to get my account set up with paperless, auto pay and such. I’m retired and have few demands on my time but, I would choose to not spend it, frustrated by a website.
