AT&T incapable of making a working app

Every time I try to use the app I am caught in an endless login loop. I wanted to upgrade but I think I’m going to look at other services because every time they update the app or webpage they break it and it remains broken for months. This isn’t a new problem, there are always problems with their apps. It’s a shame that a billion dollar company can’t hire developers and testers to ensure their product works. If they cut corners here, where else are they cutting corners? Account security, people’s personal information? Is that leaking from their janky services?

This app has taken a giant leap backward. It is currently stuck in an infinite login loop for me since they decided to change the way accounts are managed. I may need to switch carriers.

There’s something seriously wrong with the app. It’s cycling through pop up screens. It is not populating bill information and it’s reacting without any sort of prompt.
Internet doesn’t work

My modem went out. Now they want to charge me over $100 to replace an AT&T product after we pay almost $200 a month for service that’s spotty. AT&T is money hungry and greedy! I’ve now gone 2 weeks with little or no internet and now I have none. Looks like a change will be made and I will be dropping ALL services with AT&T
