It works GREAT. I am able to upgrade devices, pay bills, manage data, and etc. It’s extremely handy and I suggest all AT&T customers to use it. It keeps you from calling 611 for help. Kudos AT&T

I have been through entirely too many things with this company.I was getting charged for two separate bills and no one can tell me why. Recently ordered internet and they made it seem like I was getting the one bill but only to find out that I paid “just the phone bill”. They wouldn’t give me information until I paid the users bill.i paid the bill in its entirety and my account is still suspended.My job requires me to have internet. It is Saturday and I won’t have service until Monday.I am seriously considering canceling this service. I’ve gotten 5 different answers from 5 different reps.

Constantly adding packages to my account without my consent and charging me but then when called on won’t take it off for 3 months. I have dealt with this 2 Times now and still dealing with it! I hate this company but there is nothing else i can do at the moment right now!!!
An app as bad as their mobile service

I don’t understand how a company with millions of customers giving them money every month can create an app to make this simple repetitive payment process so mind/numbingly difficult and slow. It boggles my mind.
4.4 star rating average? I don’t think so.
Less than worthless
Obviously for anyone who has used this app they know the only people that gave it 5 stars are the developers. Wish there was 1/2 star choice, or better yet 0 stars.

App crashes constantly and PDFs are extremely hard to find. Not smooth in bill payment processes. Account changes are a nightmare.
