Cannot login to app anymore. It says I have Direct TV suddenly as my login. I haven’t had direct tv in over 5 years. Idk what this latest update is but everything is wrong now.

Chatted with Daniel about a week ago. He was fine. Problem is someone was supposed to call me back that same evening - no one did. Not the following day or the next. Very disappointing! Very upset - I’m paying for supposedly fast internet but my Direct Stream keeps freezing.

I was recently sent a promax iPhone that I lost.The company sent me a Pro Max 12 iPhone what has no voicemail and the blue tooth is not operational.I spoke to several repsAnd there a solution was to speak to another rep and so on and so on there was no solution to fix this matter. The promax iPhone that I lost was brand new I expect to have a brand new one that’s why I paid insurance for you people leave me no solution but they call The Better Business Bureau I had to let people know on Facebook and Instagram and we chat and so on. So people won’t be treated unfairly like I was I’m extremely upset with a company and their policy.Please take care of this matter as soon as possible do the right thing thank you sincerely Salvador Zamora.

I’m trying to see where’s the money from my previous 2 iPhones I traded in, I don’t see that applied to the total cost of the new devises I’m my bill. The website offers chat to resolve problems but the answer for my different questions is always the same “sorry we can’t help you with that”! Can I help you with something else?!? Is ridiculous
