This app is absolute garbage. Use to be able to easily access your account and usage history. Now, the only thing you access easily is your upgrade option. Useless trash.

We cancelled our service over six months ago and we are still being charged for service via the AT&T auto pay program! We can never speak to a person, and cannot take the auto pay program off since it automatically reopens each month! I hope someone at AT&T sees this review and contacts us.

Every time you "upgrade" your app, I cannot retrieve my bill, look at my charges? Nor do anything. The latest even had incorrect info on the summary. Horrible app.

This App stinks! Try to turn data on and off always an issue. Never works!! Someone needs to fix this App. It never works and I’ve had it over a year. Just terrible

I can’t find easily where my data usage is and when my month ends. It used to be right in the first page.

You would think that att could invest the time to create a stable platform. I’m constantly frustrated with this app because features turn on and off as they do maintenance (my assumption). I also need the ability to turn on/off my child’s data every day - they have the functionality but it doesn’t always work. About 20% it doesn’t turn off / on the data. I wish there were parental controls where i could schedule this kind of thing. Even to schedule phone service off/on.
