Worthless – myAT&T Review

I’m trying to see where’s the money from my previous 2 iPhones I traded in, I don’t see that applied to the total cost of the new devises I’m my bill. The website offers chat to resolve problems but the answer for my different questions is always the same “sorry we can’t help you with that”! Can I help you with something else?!? Is ridiculous
