Inability to Add Funds – My Verizon Review

I haven’t been able to add funds to my balance through the payment hub since June. I found that I could add funds through the support but that stopped working. I just kept getting pop ups saying ‘Access Denied. You are not device authenticated.’. I tried logging out, uninstalling and reinstalling but the same thing keeps happening. Please fix this.
