If you have not yet updated to the latest version of this app, don’t! It no longer shows how much data has been used as a mobile hotspot either on your phone or for Mifi devices on My Account. The last versions had a bug for Mifi devices as the main screen under your list of devices always showed 0GB used but if you clicked on it for details it showed actual data usage. As Verizon limits the data that hotspots can use on the “Unlimited” plans, tracking this is essential. My husband’s phone has not yet updated and can still see these details. I now cannot as even the detailed usage no longer shows the actual data used and now only shows the percentage type of use (e.g., web). We toggle between different Hotspot depending on how much data was used. I cannot even see this dará now using the virtual assistant. Please fix!!!

The app is great when it's working, but most the time when I try logging in it says I need to upgrade again to be able to use it. This is very inconvenient because most of the time it's when I'm out and don't have wifi for downloading without using my data. (Yes I have a limited data plan since they kicked me off my original unlimited plan they told me I was grandfathered into until they decided I wasn't.?) In addition, the the updates now require an upgraded OS and so I can't even get it on my phone. It was working perfectly fine, but they keep intentionally breaking it and making you download updates to the point you have to update your phone if you want to continue to have access to your account. Ridiculous.

I have tried unsuccessfully to get a pin and account number for changing or canceling my phone. Spend 38 minutes on hold before getting cut off. Now your so called highly so called assistant sent me to a web page to join a support group for $5.00 for 7days. Why do I want to spend more money on a service I am quitting.

Great coverage, customer service dwindles off once you sign your contract and fairly expensive compared to big name competitors. I probably would have tried another company with better rates if had to do it over.

Requires multiple log ins in our situation to actually pay the bill. Requires multiple work, fails to allow for options to get three payments done efficiently. This lack of flexibility is shockingly behind.
