All of a sudden this month my usage is out of data. This has never happened previously and seems very odd.

WHAT Bug fixes? WHAT bug fixes? What was done?!!! For the SIXTH time! WHAT was addressed? That so we can feedback if any issues!!! Lax, lazy @&!?&#% cannot even write a decent comment or release note under What’s New, that makes sense other than a lame and miserable “Bug fixes”! The signature moniker of @$$H0L€$. Lazy @&!?&#% developers! Totally ignoring reviews. App was working fine! Would give zero stars for the lame “Bug fixes” alone! There! Take that!

I have been trying to reach H. Tech, Customer Service, or just plain old Verizon for the entire morning. I have received I noticed that my jet pack was only 2g, that I had used all my data for this period. That I had a sur charge. My jet pack shows I have unlimited data, as it work off my unlimited data on my phone. This was why I was told when I invested in the jet pack. Right now you have a very discouraged and unhappy customer, that if I could cancel all my Verizons , cell phone, home phone and jetpack..at this moment I would.
