Verizon is so big it hard to get customer service!!! 14 years Verizon user and they out of touch with their customer base!! They have No problem with contacting me a week before bill is due and continue sending me text & email messages about your up coming bill. Its Very Very sorry the CEO has No about his company response time to help Verizon clients! As they says wants you get to the top you loose contact with operation of your company! Sincerely,

I have been trying to get a really live person on the 611 number have called 8 times. Asked for a call back and nothing. I just hung up from holding this time for 28 minutes after being told be the auto system about 5 minutes. I am so fed up with Verizon and I still have a contract with these yahoos. I am about to tell them stick the iPhone and their tablet. THIS IS B S

I have been with other companies. Too often have been places where I could not get a wireless signal. This had never happened with Verizon . Total confidence in this company.

Without exaggeration I would say 95% of the time I have tried to use the My Verizon app it tells me there is an error and the app is unavailable for use it’s the only app I have that does that? Really nice when it is working

I’ve been a customer like so many for a very long time . I have 4 lines and pay perfectly. I’m not a fan of the reward program and wish you had something different and more user friendly. Verizon dollars maybe ? Similar to what a credit card gives back ? Thank you, Elizabeth Arnoult

I’m am surprised that you have not offered a senior discount as does T-Mobile & Sprint, also in the past when I made a payment I would be able to claim my rewards, I have not been able to for the last 3 months of payments.
