This app makes life so much easier. We don’t always have time to pay bills at a store or business. So being able to do it through the app is a blessing . I can shop , go into my account , make changes . So much more and at my leisure. Thank you Verizon

WiFi problem - how come pics won’t be sent even if have Comcast WiFi? I have to use cell data only? iPhone XS?

I am not a big user of data. Was told last month I ran out. I had not changed anything on my phone and use Wi- if when at home to access news and stock info. Went to Verizon store for help. Tech Jose was very kind. Acknowledged that I had not been a big user of data in past but was unable to see what was causing new drain on data. Now, for 2nd month, I am being told I am out of data & Verizon wants another $15. I pay what I feel is a premium to be a consistent and long standing customer. Am considering dropping Verizon if this continues.
