Unhappy Customer – My Verizon Review

I have been trying to reach H. Tech, Customer Service, or just plain old Verizon for the entire morning. I have received I noticed that my jet pack was only 2g, that I had used all my data for this period. That I had a sur charge. My jet pack shows I have unlimited data, as it work off my unlimited data on my phone. This was why I was told when I invested in the jet pack. Right now you have a very discouraged and unhappy customer, that if I could cancel all my Verizons , cell phone, home phone and jetpack..at this moment I would.
