With all do respect, this company claims to be the “most reliable” and the largest network in the nation however I beg to differ. If they are so “great” why are they STILL SO EXPENSIVE!? Wouldn’t you all agree (America as a whole?!)? Plus I serve this country/ community at a greater capacity as well and I don’t really even get a break for that when I use the device/service every day to provide services to do my job better and safer.. I am seriously contemplating leaving Verizon after using them for over 15 years! GIVE ME CHEAPER service or bill BREAKS and maybe I’ll stay!! ... please feel free contact me to sort this unfortunate review I left you.

App was working well, then reset my password and all hell broke loose. I can log into webpage with my new password but stupid app won’t take new password and keeps locking me out! Spent the last 2 1/2 hrs changing my password 4 times and app still won’t take the new password yet website will! Dumbest app yet!

I truly believe that your calculations of our data usage is bogus. How do I purchase data at lunch, and we are all sitting on the couch at home on our WiFi and notifications are sent that we just ran out of data AGAIN! I will NOT be paying for the overages this month!

We have been with Verizon 19 yrs and instead of things improving, our service is worse ! Still have very bad internet our land lines are connected to trees and one is wrapped around a post . It was to be revamped 30 yrs ago ! We are the forgotten customers and still paying the same as others Bea kroh

Sounds like a great rewards program...if only it actually worked. I haven’t received a credit for the last three months. Before that, I had to contact Verizon more than once to receive credits to my account.
