I’ve been with Sprint for 7 years and never had a reason to move to another carrier. The customer service has been awesome for me the past few years. Great job Sprint! Keep doing the right thing for your customers, especially the ones who been in the Sprint Family for years :) ~ Wendy

Worst app ever. It doesn’t let me do anything. The only thing I can do is pay my bill. This app crashes every time I try any other option
Slow, clunky, doesn’t work most times

The app crashes a lot. It is really only useful for paying bills, and even then, it’s slow and hard to use. It takes a very long time to load.

This company is terrible. I wrongly decided to give it a try last month. But it came with lies and unpredictable charges. The worst carrier money can buy.
