Although I’ve set up automatic payments they never go through and end up paying late payment fees. Piece of crap.

We are just SO very disappointed in our Sprint service. Not only has it become less and less of a signal throughout our area, the prices for our “unlimited” plan have skyrocketed. We WERE grandfathered into a plan we had for over 10 years, but when we upgraded an iPhone on ONE of our lines, the rep failed to tell us it would cancel our “grandfathered” plan. Trust me when I say we would have never done that. We just feel so devalued as 22 year customers. We went from being part of the Sprint family to numbered metrics and sales goals. My bill is messed up

I enrolled in the plan of “get 2 phones get 3,4, and 5, free for a year”. But from the very beginning my bill has been messed up and not what it’s supposed to be. I’ve tried to fix it with the sprint employees for months, about 7 months to be exact, but the bill was never fixed, because corporate did not do what they were supposed to do. I enjoyed sprint up until that point. It was a horrible experience, and I was not the only one who had to go through it, because other people went through the same thing, but theirs was fixed without an issue! While mine is still messed up!
