Customer service reps need more practice in explaining because I just got robbed from another monthly cycle. Specially me telling the rep that the reason I want to change my plan is because I’m on a budget.

Chargers just keep going up, and customers service are so rude, unprofessional, and untrained, they don’t know how to talk nicely to customers. I am going to switch from sprint soon after 8 years of loyalty

App is useful and I like it not fully sure about sprint itself yet but app is great.

It app was very useful when I first downloaded a of years ago, now I’m have problems with the app. I hope this gets rectified soon. People depend on the app to make changes on the go.

Sprint has very bad customer service. Anytime I’ve ever had to call I’ve never gotten the correct answer never got anybody to help me in a timely manner. I will be switching providers as soon as my contract is up. I get told three different things by three different service reps put on hold forever and get disconnected nobody ever calls back even though they ask for a good number in case we get disconnected??? Customer service is horrible and needs to get better
