If you call to cancel due to unauthorized charge and they give you a great deal and runnnnnnnnn away , it’s never true and then you are worsening the issue of them even ever getting it right

The service is horrible in my area. Even though they ran a check to make sure it would be fine. If I am not on WiFi my expensive iPhone basically turns into a flip phone - useless!! I so regret switching to sprint!
Ridiculous prices.

Sprint honestly ruined my life. Switching to T-Mobile. Paying 254$ for 2 lines for the iPhone 7 red and iPhone 7s plus. Now I have 2 iPhone X’s for 190$. Yeah right. Better luck next year.
Worse service ever

Horrible service! Reps are even worse. I can never get service on my phone. There is never internet connection! When I called the rep told me NONE of my devices EVER worked because I was 3 days past due that particular month!!!! I was beyond livid..
No scheduled payments

I used to be able to schedule my payments on the app. Now it’s forcing me to use the website which takes longer. Why fix something that wasn’t broken
