Invalid Session Token error

Can’t login. I keep getting Invalid Session Token error. I updated the app also but still getting the error.

I was planning to leave UAE at the beginning of October, so I requested to cancel my account 10 days in advance(staff said it takes up to 7 working days). Nobody contacted me within this time frame and I was not able to pay my payments as postpaid bills will be shown next month only. As well I was told several times I won’t be charged for October. Oh, and because I already left the country I wasn’t able to pay my dues(they don’t accept foreign cards, and again I had no idea). As a result I have still pending dues for October(remember what was I told? And physically I was out of the country) and my account is still not canceled.

I first had a problem with activating my SIM card. I have an I pad pro so it supports SIM cards. I went to an Etisalat outlet to buy a SIM for my I pad and the man said it would activate within 2 hours but it’s been already a day and it’s still not activated. I checked on google what to do when it does not activate and it said to download the Etisalat app and there will be a button stating “activate your eSIM” but it clearly doesn’t. I went on the app and it’s just a shop. I’m am really confused. I am in need of assistance.

Etisalat in general provide a poor service. The web portal doesn’t work at all. The app is slightly better. The field technicians who do the shifting have bad attitudes.

As I just got my new elife connection, so I simply tried to register my account. When I added my mobile number to get code, it says wrong mobile number format. And somehow I managed to get code on my email, I opened my email and came back to app, it shows me first screen again and I have to do all process again. After registering successfully after too many attempts, I was not able to login on app using the instructions I got in email so I used etisalat website to login and gave option to reset password. Then again I login and app stuck after getting FaceID permission. Now it gets stuck on first screen.
Good app but quite slow at times

Surprisingly well designed and easy to navigate. Only thing keeping it from getting five stars on my opinion is the slow response speed. For example if I click on My Account it takes 5 seconds or so to go the next page. Often I don't know if the app registered my touch or not due to the delay.
