Payment never works

I went to the store to change my plan. They told me to call. I went home and called. They sent me to an automated payment system. Of course, it did not work. They told me to try the app or pay in the store. The app also did not work; it shows an error on my phone every time. Now I am getting ready to drive back to the store. ?♂️ What a joke!

I’ve been to UAE for 2 months now, and definitely compared to other telecommunications app, Etisalat is the slowest and not even dynamic whenever i press a button i have to wait which is very weird its like it’s launched on “Internet Explorer”. As a developer, i advised you to boot the performance of your app and also try to use React Native maybe. Hoping for the best.

I’ve said this before and yet still there are updates like every week!! Too many updates! If you don’t update then you can’t use the app.

My home Internet stopped working for 2 days and after finally the technician came he said that the router configuration need to be reset and he made calls with the company and reset the configuration. Instead of giving me a discount or even say sorry they want to change me for that visit 150 dhs. This is insane, YOUR router need configuration reset, it is not my fault?? I am paying for the internet and for 2 days I had no internet and then you charging me for YOUR router problem.
