The option of alerts on the app should not include promotions for the products or offers that you have on ur products. I mean who on its own app says we r serving u better by providing u a better option ? I have ur app is proof enough that I will buy ur products before trying it from elsewhere. Just bcoZ u say there is a 70% off on A item I will not buy it even if I do not need it.
Poor user experience

The app is poorly designed and does not take user experience into account. I spent four hours and many calls to the customer care to get my username and password set up. Had a miserable experience with customer care as well.
Fee for credit transfer

Completely absurd charge a fee for credit transfer between my own accounts. As soon as my plan expertise going back to Du. Just los a client with 4 mobile lines because of AED 5.00. Hope it was worth it.

The latest iteration of the Etisalat app remains truly lacking in many ways. The process of paying one’s bills remains dated by comparison to other services. Du for example offers Apple Pay as a means to pay the monthly bill. With Etisalat, the only option is to enter card details. This feels dated now that we are in the year 2020. Please update your app.
