Is the message I get whenever I want to complete any basic task. Like pay the bill, set autopay (again). which is the most basic tasks I imagine with any service provider right? That’s not very helpful. Hope to see this issue corrected, by giving useful error messages, so users complete the transaction. Thank you

Horrible. Why must the app open and update EVERY TIME ??? I don’t have data and time to waste.

When you most need it, it will not work. It gives you random errors when you try to recharge your phone balanace. Not happy with Etisalad in general. They are light years away from major European mobile cariers.

You don’t QA your app?

This is absurd. I try to add my credit card for autopay, I get error. There’s nowhere to add the credit card number. I try to delete the annoying messages you send me every day, they never get deleted nor marked as read. I keep seeing a notification number. Before you push apps to the masses, test them, TestFlight them, beta test them. Unless this is the end user quality you provide.

This app constantly crashes and has more bugs than an old blanket. You always end up calling and then get told to go visit a branch.

I lost network coverage on my E-sim after I installed this app and the customer support were helpless.

I went to your main branch at Deira to change my number under my company name but suddenly the staff and the manager in charge were unaware of the procedures. For a whole month I go to the branch to finish the proceedings and so far I have not been able to do so because of ignorance and the company's failed system You are a company that does not respect customers and your customer service system deals with the customer in a very bad way. All the regret that I have dealt with you and it is time to change to another company respects the customer and help him


Can't update my registration
