Always resets, beed to log in, doesn’t accept the password and you need to reset it. Also all your saved data such as user profiles for numbers under my account disappears. Not good for a tech giant!

My usage information keeps disappearing

Very bad app these days. Twice today my usage information just disappeared. Spoke to your customer service they don’t know issue. They say to log out and log back in. Did that and still it says I have no wasel go plan and all my data and minutes are finished which is not true. I have many minutes and data remaining. 2 weeks ago I had problem and your tech support say they fixed the issue properly and no more problems. All the time I am having problems with wasel go. Not good for such a big telcom company. Please fix issue - I already chat to your customer support 2 hours ago. App was working and now again it’s not working!!!

I can’t able open my Etisalat app and divert to update to new ver which it work with iOS 13 and above then give chance to download the old ver but not able to? So I need to pay and manage my account, so I feel that I’m out of date?

It’s 2021. And etisalat still doesn’t support Apple pay. Just pathetic and sad.

You place offers so they become active and are accidentally accepted by an inadvertent screen touching before it is realized. I’ve twice took offers while the phone was in my pocket by accident.

When having a complaint or need to talk to a representative it’s that robot that insists she can help yet she can not do a single main thing or issue you need. When talking to some individuals who finally answered he is very limited authority I was surprised Offer extended not so true no one can solve issues
