Poor service – My Etisalat UAE Review

I was planning to leave UAE at the beginning of October, so I requested to cancel my account 10 days in advance(staff said it takes up to 7 working days). Nobody contacted me within this time frame and I was not able to pay my payments as postpaid bills will be shown next month only. As well I was told several times I won’t be charged for October. Oh, and because I already left the country I wasn’t able to pay my dues(they don’t accept foreign cards, and again I had no idea). As a result I have still pending dues for October(remember what was I told? And physically I was out of the country) and my account is still not canceled.
