I click by wrong and its subscribers And i dont need this serviece This is secound time this month oce i open this app its do like this

I installed a previous version of the app around end of august that allowed you to login but whenever you attempted to recharge your account in the app it would throw an error. So I went to their store in the mall of emirates and they told me to delete and reinstall it. I did just that and whatever version they have out right now won’t allow you to log into the app at all. Mind you it’s supposed to be a simple process since they use OTP codes sent to your phone via SMS that you verify. I get the code just fine via SMS but the verify button just sits there spinning until the code expired and the loop starts again with another code sent. You can try to login via some other method. But that method isn’t even connected to your actual account. When you go on their website you can login just fine with no issues using the OTP method. The website does t even recognize this other login method the app is trying. Essentially the app doesn’t work at all!!! If I could leave zero stars I would.

For a company that keep bragging to be the first in the world this app is really bad, slow, crash and unreliable to use on daily basis like just to check your data it crash. Etisalat please get your thing together.

ETISALAT could be much better with the ressources it has but it is not.

What is advertised had never been what is done. On the app everything should be possible. Unfortunately nothing is going good. I always have to call and suffer until getting connected.
