The App is lagging sometimes as well as the App is not opening and asks for update though I already have the Updated “latest” version of the App, also if you would like to update your information from the app its become unrespondable, so the only way to update your information is to visit their centers.

Updated and then 2 of my 3 numbers disappeared and I cant get them back. I cant pay except for 1 number now!

The app is very easy and has a lot of features but it is in need of a major redesign comparing this app to du is very hard because Etisalat has better app features but a bad design. The du app is very beautifully designed but lacks functionality.

very hard to navigate through the site. Etisalat show different than what I see even that I have the latest version. Too confusing
