This app is very poorly designed. It’s difficult to easily find some of the things you want / need. The genie tool that’s built in is a solid “meh.” Disney used to have, what I thought was a good app. Now it’s turned it into garbage. They over complicated it. Disappointing. The only reason I didn’t give it a one star is because the app did function - even if it was clunky.

Give us back the fast passes system. Been here 7 years in a row. Doubt it will be 8. Isn’t A genie supposed to be a great character with great powers? This experience ruins the movie too. Genie can’t do a thing this should be the eeyor donkey experience. What a let down.

It gets confusing sometimes as a cast to make reservations but I eventually get it

Trying to give money to Disney by renewing my annual pass and the site won’t let me even though it did for my husband’s renewal (with same expiration date). I have used their chat which they completely ignore…I need to either renew my pass or get a refund for my husband’s.

Ii have been trying to book theme park tickets. This experience has been pure misery. It every step has been a night,are. I am typing this message in invisible ink while waiting 30 minutes to speak to a representative to help. This experience will keep me away from Disney parks and resorts for the foreseeable future.

My photos are not being synced? Instead I am getting photos of strangers. Creepy. Disney is NOT what it used to be.

We were having problems finding out how to add Genie+ to our existing tickets the after looking in several spots I saw the search area and searched it and found the links to do so. I’m going there now to do it.

As a first time wdw visitor, useful information on my Disney experience, magic bands, and “cards” is very difficult to decipher. However after calling and waiting in the hold queue, the live “cast member” was very helpful in clearing up my many questions.
