Horrible app

Sick of trying to write this

This app has been nothing but problems. Every time it updates the problems get worse. Now my pictures don't come up and memory maker tells me I need to keep buying it. It's constant errors and not working or try again later. Horrible app.

It was fine until this last update. Now, I have to sign in each time I open the app. Not too convenient when I am standing in the parks trying to check my info. Not cool, Disney!


Password woes

Please fix the password glitch! I've used this app since it came out and it's great for a lot of different reasons. But it no longer saves my password and it's super annoying to have to re-enter it, even if I leave the app for just a few minutes. Please change it back to saving the password...thanks!


Parts Great, Parts Frustrating

Let me start out by saying that I am not thrilled that Disney is making it a requirement to plan through the app. I thought the idea of vacation was to put your phone down? While overall it is convenient to have all your plans in one place it would be more user friendly if visitors were allowed to view multiple screens at a time. Example if you could open your dining reservations page at the same time as the wait times page then you would know if you have time to choose a ride before dinner. It would also be helpful to add ride duration times to the attraction page for this reason. In terms of the dining portion of the app please add classification as to whether a restaurant on the search map qualifies as quick, counter, or table service as well as a meal plan tracker. Also please add a transportation section to the app so visitors know the method (bus, boat, monorail) they can take from point to point as well route maps and schedules. Thank you for taking my feedback and considering these updates.


Newest update makes me log in EVERY time.

I have to log in every single time I open the app? Seriously? That's so time consuming and that means wasted battery in the parks.


Apple Watch support

Love the app but can you consider Apple Watch support? It would be PERFECT for checking on wait times. TY

So, no more "Wish List", which is beyond regrettable. Another complaint is this: I have a dinner reservation for four at a popular restaurant, and recently, I decided to add two more late additions to dinner, making it six people total. However, when I go to "modify" the reservation to make it for six total, it appears that the app attempts to search for space for six people, instead of just two additional, as if it was starting over from scratch. My reservation is at an extremely popular restaurant, and I was lucky to get a reservation for four, so it will be pretty much impossible to make a reservation for six new people, when it just needs to be two more. Lame.


App Not Working

Still Not Ready for Primetime UPDATE

I increased rating from 1 to 2 stars but problems persist. Freezes even using Disney wifi inside Disney parks. Sign in with TouchID not always working. Still not intuitive enough to be "magical" instead of "maniacal". I suspect they don't do enough app testing with non-Disney employees.
