I happily stopped at step 1

This app is so poorly executed as a user experience that when it works you’d wish it didn’t. Developer reached out with troubleshooting steps: 1) uninstall 2) reinstall… I stopped reading at step 2 and happily stopped troubleshooting at step 1. Problem solved.

How is this app 4.6 stars?

There must be literal Disney magic to make this app 4.6 stars. Been trying for over a week to reserve a restaurant somewhere, anywhere but the search never completes. Says “We are having trouble loading this screen”. The app is hot garbage. And I know how to make a reservation, that’s not the hard part. It’s getting the reservation to go through.

Trying to book LL and it charges your card for each attempt you make as it keeps failing to purchase. My bank card is charged 28 times for a ride we didn’t even get on LL


Lightning Lane Lives Up to Its Name

The app is difficult to modify, if you are attempting to purchase individual lightning lane passes and want to make any modifications to the party because someone doesn’t want to go on the ride, it’s likely you will not get a pass to purchase. Even with being on property and selecting our individual at the strike of 7a, the extra second to unselect two in the party cost us the pass twice.

I used to go to Disney World all the time when i lived in Florida and am so excited to return and this is making life so easy!


Disney Genie is a steaming pile of garbage

I don't know what kind of psychopath developed this new Disney Genie system. You pay $15 per person per day and get to use it once or twice if you're lucky. It's not intuitive at all and is so hard to navigate that it's basically worthless.
