Should left the app the way it was with fast pass selections and just added the fee. New system is terrible

The title says it all. Convoluted and fussy. Makes the park experience a series of appointments you may be lucky to get.

Difficult to navigate. Difficult to figure out. Had tickets for two days, could only reserve one day at one park. Terrible experience and we’re not even there yet. Can only get better from here, we hope.

Unbelievable to spend so much money on a Disney premier hotel and tickets - trying to get to customer service for some help and I’ve already been on hold nearly an HOUR. Extremely poor customer service.

I have NEVER in my life been on hold for 2 hours only be to reconnected and out right back on hold for HOURS again. Worst ever!


Confusing and Limited

The app was very non-intuitive in use. Tried to link hotel reservations and app disallowed. Tried to order magic bands and part of the app says ‘view order here’ but then the link went nowhere. Waste of time. Had to call guest services after wasting time trying to get app to work
