We are staying at the Kidani village. The only restaurant at the resort is booked out. There is no room service. We can walk 15-20 to grab togo st the Maraa. The walk up wait at the Sanaa has been a few hours.

Stood in line for 45 minutes at Little Mermaid and the ride broke down. A cast member never came out to announce there was. Problem. Then there was a problem with Its a Small World and also Haunted Mansion. Spent a lot of wasted time. Did not get my moneys worth on the Genie because of the times offered and spent too much time retracing steps to get to attractions Lots of kinks in the Genie. Hope you come up with a better plan And now the review is hard to send because all names re taken

Prices too high, can’t afford to renew my pass due to now having to pay $200+ up front, the Magic is gone from the parks, Walt’s Dream is no more visible anywhere in the parks, where once the “guests” were treated as royalty and truly appreciated they have now become “customers” and treated as so. The more money you have, you’ll be the one valued now. Not the child who has visions of true magic in their eyes. No thank you! I’m done lining Chapek and the board of directors pockets. Of course, there will be 10,000 other “fools” to take my place and line their pockets because they never experienced when the TRUE MAGIC was at Disney. #LETSGOCHAPEK

No clear instructions on how the mobile app purchased tickets work. Mobile app purchased tickets do not clearly explain tickets have to be downloaded into your digital wallet for use. Other entertainment apps tickets work from app for park entry.

Most invasive search I’ve ever encountered and electronic tickets are not working. Wasting time!

Don’t waste your money, they only offer certain rides all the good ones they charge extra per person and they only let you book one ride at a time and we all the good rides were sold out for the day so it was a complete waste of $15 extra per person!

annual pass did not work at entrance after standing in long line so they directed us to guest service for another hr long line. no one care about special needs and no wc available. and worst of all he missed seeing the characters which we planned to see at 11:00
