New genie plus is horrible. HORRIBLE! Customer service standards have come down significantly. No longer magical. Greedy mouse. And this is coming from a family who has come to Disney over 20 times in the past 10 years. We are so sad to see this decline.

We love Disney. But we now love it less. Now it’s like everywhere else in the world - pay up or forget your enjoyable experience. Wait, I should say, hope you can enjoy it even if you pay. Because the only way you have a chance for the opportunity to Come pay even more money for a fast pass on rides is if you stay at one of the Disney hotels. Yes, all non-Disney hotel guests can pay for the privilege of Disney’s Genie+, but unless you’re a hotel guest, most the Lighting lane extras are already sold out by the time anyone staying elsewhere can purchase them. Yes you lost money during Covid, but that’s no reason to punish guests who’ve been long-standing visitors.

My reservation did showed up in the up, also I didn’t received the email confirmation and my kids are stock in the entrance. This is disrespectful

Great idea the food order. You order while doing the rides and when you get to the restaurant just by pressing a button they have your food ready. Good job Disney!

Not sure why, never had this issue in the past. But on our last trip a couple months ago, the app would constantly send an email for me to confirm my identity. That has never happened on the countless trips we have m taken.
