Disney has changed since I can annually as a child. Their health protocols have only sped up their descent. My family if 6 will never return.

I was able to get my room reservation linked, but the tickets didn’t come with them. Without that I am not able to make park reservations. No fun. I have looked online without success as of yet. I have looked at my original reservation email and have confirmed the theme park tickets at present. Now on hold attempting help. I have decided to delete the app. The app was hard to use as the interface did not keep up with the traffic during our visit. My choice to delete the app also reflects poorly on the parks. The amount of trash, while small, was noticeable. The paint condition is not what I have experienced in the past and the prices. Disney has always been the most expensive, but worth the value. Now the value is at an additional charge. While I have no problem affording a Disney vacation, I still want value. It will be a long time before I come back to visit the parks. I also have been to Universal recently and their experience is as good as it has ever been.
The app made the experience difficult and stressful

The app constantly glitched and kept logging out, deleting or not showing reservations causing me to think they were deleted. The app update was the absolute WORST!

Almost impossible to make dining plans. And I spent one hour this morning trying to plan my Jeannie day and it was unsuccessful and frustrating. Disney needs more competent programmers.
Terrible! Slow! Crashes!

This app is so frustrating as it constantly is slow and has issues. I reload, update, etc. Disney is no longer the fun trip it once was to pile on the car and get away. Way too much planning and if you don’t you end up waiting in long lines and having limited options for places to eat. I miss the days of fast passes in person and the excitement of knowing you get to ride your top choice.
