Too many issues

Every time we Renew our annual passes it always messes up on the app and is very difficult to link all photos and information of our family members.. so disappointed.. such a hassle to get it fixed.


Magic bands

Never a good selection fir the premium magic bands. Then if there is one there and you go to close yr order they r bit available. Very frustrating !!!!


Thunder, lightning and fire Oh My!

We absolutely LOVE Disney but this has been quite an experience!!! An epic thunder and lightning storm with teeming rain! Rides even inside rides closing down and then being shooed out of cover when our restaurant had a fire alarm!!!We would cut bait in the evening but we aren’t looking forward to a boat ride home in the storm ? where’s Mickey and Minnie when you need them?!?

Nightmare with Expedia Rectified by an amazing Cast Member

We drove 14 hours from Maryland to arrive at Walt Disney World yesterday to discover that our vouchers were not processed by Expedia. After 2 hours and multiple calls to Expedia and zero resolution we were fortunate enough to meet Angel ( from Baltimore MD) at the ticket/will call booth. She was beyond helpful and friendly and made sure that our first Disney experience as a family was not a complete bust! She provided us with complimentary passes just like the ones that Expedia was supposed to provide with zero issue. You can’t imagine how much this warmed my heart. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I feel that any above and beyond levels of customer service should be rewarded. If there is anything that Disney can provide her with for ensuring that she maintains the same un-flappable positive demeanor so that other guests are felt appreciated and wanted by Walt Disney World and not just a number please do so. If any additional information is needed from me I am more than willing to assist. Thank you Angel and thank you Disney for hiring her and allowing us to enjoy the happiest place on earth despite the negative experience with Expedia.
